As a non-US resident, registering a company in a new territory can be tasking. You have many concerns to bother about starting your new company such as; capital, licensing, immigration requirements, tax liabilities, etc.

HOW MANY PERSONS DO I NEED TO REGISTER A C-CORP IN DELAWARE?

As a non-US resident, the minimum number of persons required for setting up a C-Corp in the State of Delaware is one person.

However, under certain circumstances, and depending on your goal for incorporating in Delaware, a single-owned C-Corp may not be a suitable option.

It is therefore strongly advised that you get professional advice prior to registration on various areas relating to the formation of your Delaware C-Corp such as;
