Our firm maintains a strict no refund policy on amount paid for our services. 3. We advise that this form be completed by you and not any of our team members as we will not be liable for any undesired outcome that may arise where you permit our team members to complete the form on your behalf. 4. Our service is performed strictly based on the information provided by you. We will therefore not be liable for any undesired outcome of our service that may occur based on the information provided by you. 5. The amount paid covers cost for one attempt at reservation of name and registration and does not cover additional incidents that may occur. 6. Where a name submitted for reservation is rejected by the relevant agency, and you have instructed us to reserve another name, such reservation and any other subsequent reservation will attract an additional amount of N5,500 (five thousand and five hundred naira only) per attempt.
